We are really looking forward to seeing you all again!

We have been busy preparing the shop to have you back and we are following the government and industry guidelines to open the shop safely.

To keep everyone safe:

We will have a maximum of 3 customers in the shop, please keep your distance from us and other customers. Children are welcome but must be kept under control.
We will provide hand sanitiser and will ask you to use it before and after handling jewellery.
We have installed a counter screen.
We can wear masks on request.
All jewellery items will be cleaned after being tried on.
Surfaces and door handles will be cleaned regularly, throughout the day.
We will be limiting the time customers spend in the shop, to reduce queuing but also to keep us all safe. After initial meetings, consultations and designing can be continued online.

If you feel you can’t come to the shop, we can send photos or arrange ‘virtual shopping’ for customers to see the jewellery in stock. We will continue to offer free UK delivery for online and telephone orders. Please contact:

COVID-19 UPDATE

The government have announced that the earliest we can open the doors of the shop to you will be 1st June. In the meantime, we are still open for business!
The most popular items are available to purchase from the website, including gift vouchers and online gift cards. We are offering free UK delivery, and we plant a tree for every website order.
If you can’t find what you are looking for online, please get in touch and I can email photographs and prices of the stock available.
We are also able to make commissioned pieces and provide most of our usual repair services.

Payment can be made via our online card payment system, delivery is free, and we are taking every precaution to deliver jewellery safely.

SPRING CLEAN
At this time of year, I normally have a ‘Spring Clean’ event, offering to clean all your jewellery for free. Any item purchased from the shop has a lifetime free cleaning service, but every spring I extend it to all your jewellery. As many of you are probably having a good clear-out and spring clean at home, I have written a little blog with some jewellery cleaning tips so you can do it yourself at home.

As soon as I can open the shop, I will let you know. And do follow the shop on Facebook or Instagram for updates and things I am working on.
